At local gyms and fitness studios there is always chatter among people on how they can improve their performance. 

Taking the workout to a whole new level is an innocent addiction among bodybuilders and workout buffs alike. It always has been, always will be. 

From new ways of exercising, to dieting and nutrition plans, to new supplements, there is never a shortage of tips and information as well as new products on the market. 

However, Ania Anvaryfar, a popular fitness coach and nutrition specialist based in downtown Toronto, says there’s a new and simple solution out there now for getting better gains in your game.

All Eyes on Jill

Jill Bunny of Oakville, ON, has sure made a name for herself after taking part in the popular Bikini Competition at this year’s Arnold Sports Festival.

The 28 year-old, who owns Team Bunny: Fit Bunnies Fitness here in town, was the only Canadian to place in the Top 5 for the Bikini Class F Competition - a highly competitive four-day event at the Arnold Show (Feb 27 to March 2).

This huge competition attracted scores of hopefuls vying to win the top award. To be ranked in the top five is a remarkable accomplishment. There was a total of 221 participants in the event, so to be among only a handful of notables is purely amazing on many levels.

“All the training and hard work paid off,” says Jill, a well-known competition coach and CBBF National bikini competitor and fitness model. “It was an amazing experience to compete at this year’s Arnold Show and I was proud to represent Canada and my hometown – Oakville.”

The United States (U.S.) Military is always on the hunt for new, innovative, and tactful ways to fight the war on terror.

In the aftermath of 9/11 so much has changed as we all know full well. Since the horrific terror attacks on U.S. soil, the Military, under the direction of its government, has taken a large number of actions in protecting its nation, allies, and friends against the transnational dangers and enduring threats arising from global terrorism.

The world has now changed with terrorism being part the international landscape.

Discovering new methods in being combat ready is more important than ever before.

Enter William Roy, U.S. Army – 63rd USAR.

The 28 year-old says he has discovered a new invention that is like no other - one which he says will more than help troops be combat ready at all times, no matter the situation.

Schwarzenegger indicates that back in his day steroids were a new thing and it was an experimental movement where he, like many others, went to the doctor to take performance enhancing drugs. 

“We were experimenting with it. It was a new thing,” says Schwarzenegger. And while he can’t turn the clock back and say, “Now I would change my mind on this,” the celebrity and well-known business tycoon does not encourage anyone to use drugs.
