By Paul Fitzgerald: World renowned bodybuilder goes from skeptic to full believer with new technological marvel
It’s only a small mouthpiece, but yet it’s stirring up so much chatter in gyms across the USA and Canada.
A case in point is the Powerhouse Gym in Jacksonville, Florida.
It’s the start of the work week and everyone is getting into their gym routine before the manic Monday commute begins. The sound of the gym is alive in so many ways and the place is jam packed.
People of all ages are working the treadmills, stair climbers, and the sound of weights clinking onto their foundations echoes loudly.
Then Lee Banks enters the room. The world renowned bodybuilder – 5’9” and weighing in at 255 pounds – has a confident strut and he is ready for his workout.
Today however the 42 year-old not only sports his familiar gym attire, but he has what he calls his new secret weapon to ensure he can lift more. You see, Banks is now using a new technological sport orthotic that more and more athletes in high endurance fitness and sports are turning to in order to maximize their full potential.
