Toronto Woman Takes Second at Arnold Sports Festival

By Paul Fitzgerald

At a local gym in Toronto, ON, Canada, Ania Anvaryfar begins her workout before she treks off to work, where she will spend a long 10 to 12 hour day working as financial project manager for an esteemed company in the city’s business and information technology district, dubbed as one of the best places to do business locally and globally.

Ania, who hails from Tehran, is sported with the finest and latest in workout clothing – from head to toe.

She is more than serious about an hour or so before work, in building her muscle, working on cardio and toning exercises, and most of all being sound fit. This is just part of her daily routine, and then it’s all about heading into the downtown core, where the information technology and financial services sector comes alive in so many ways.

Yes, she is a big part of the action even before the sun rises.

From lifting weights to working the stair-master, you know right away that Ania means business. It’s just after 6:00 AM and she is alive in so many ways. You can tell she strives for that extra-edge in her performance: You can see it in her face, and you can hear it in her voice. Her eyes are on fire too. And yes, her smile is genuine, sincere and full of passion. She is a leader and compassionate on every level, there’s no doubt about it.

What’s even more interesting about Ania is that while she is a fitness buff, bodybuilder, coach and trainer – outside of her big day job that is – she is also someone who is touting the powers of neuromuscular dentistry these days.

Who would ever talk about this at the gym or even at work?

Call this one an anomaly, but call Ania a real trend setter.

Ania, who is ambitious in so many ways with bodybuilding and living a healthy lifestyle at work and at play, has been researching extensively new natural performance enhancers on the market. With issues of lifting heavy weights and doing long workouts, Ania used to be a person who grinded her teeth, which is a result of the body working overtime in order to relieve tension, and she even experienced this in her sleep.

She has spent years trying mouthpieces of all sorts in order to help alleviate grinding and pain in the neck, back and shoulders and even throughout other parts of the body that derived from working out and while also being enthralled in the long hours at work. Nothing ever really seemed to work. The tension she had from being so active was never cured.

Being open minded and innovative, she has always been in tune with new ways of reaching her top performance naturally, and sure enough she recently heard about new sports orthotic called the New Age Performance Mouthpiece.

The rest is history.

She is now using the device day in and day out and her claim to fame to date is beyond outstanding.

Ania was just crowned as the second place winner in the World’s Top Figure Competition at this year’s Arnold Sports Festival that was just held in Columbus, OH.

“The Arnold Festival was truly an amazing experience,” says Ania during an interview after her workout. “I am thrilled to make Canada proud, Ontario proud, and Toronto proud. Words will never describe the feeling of being crowned as one of the best in the world.”

She credits her success to date with the powers of neuromuscular dentistry and how the New Age Performance Mouthpiece is making a huge difference in her performance overall – morning, day and night.

“I have been around and I know all about mouthpieces,” says Ania. “Nothing, I mean nothing tops the New Age experience. I sleep better, I workout better and I perform better, there is no ands ifs or buts about it; this new device is going to change the world.”

So, what’s the real deal behind this new sport orthotic that Ania and so many others are raving about? Well, it’s actually all based on science but yet simple to explain.

The device is placed on the back of your lower teeth. Once it’s locked in, your jaw alignment is more structurally sound. Years of research has proven that when your jaw is properly aligned, then your body is more able to reach its ultimate performance. Most of the population has a bite issue, so this new technology is a breakthrough on many levels.

Rutgers University recently released a research paper on proper jaw alignment and concluded it has a definite positive impact on athletic performance.

Dr. Anil Makkar, the co-inventor and one who has studied jaw alignment techniques extensively at the Las Vegas Institute (LVI) for Advanced Dentistry, explains that there have been a lot of scientific studies on performance mouthpieces and jaw alignment dating back to the 1950s.

“Several research and scientific papers have clearly stated that when one’s bite is in the correct position, the alignment of your body is also affected in a positive way. Our new device, worn on the lower teeth, will allow everyone to experience immediate results with balance, increased strength, and flexibility,” says Dr. Makkar, a well-known neuromuscular dentist.

Ania, who owns A2 Fitness Inc. in Toronto, explains that she was first fascinated with the science behind the New Age Performance Mouthpiece. “I researched the years of science involved with jaw alignment techniques, and this new invention is sound. I checked it all out and now I am telling all my clients and even coworkers to bite into this new natural sports enhancer. It works and there is nothing out there like it,” says the certified personal trainer and nutritionist.

Ania adds, “When I use this new mouthpiece, I don’t grind my teeth like I used to and the tension seems to leave my body naturally. In all, I don’t feel as tired and I want to strive for more when it comes to lifting and doing an array or workouts."

Ania arrived in Canada in 2002 with her family from Tehran. The Persian cultured and stylish professional who is global in every sense knew that coming to a peaceful and progressive country would allow her to fulfill her passion of weight training and living healthy via nutrition programs of sorts, something she never had back home.

Shy but yet eager, and since calling Toronto home, Ania has made a real name for herself. Over the last decade she has won scores of bodybuilding awards and has received loads of fitness achievement accolades. Her accomplishments in bodybuilding and fitness have even been featured on Voice of America TV, and Persian TV, and in leading magazines which include Inside Fitness, Strong Athletes, Fitness Star, and Athletic Life. She is a hit here in North America and back home for that matter.

Her nutrition coach is George Farah and she is part of the official George Farah team. Ania is also sponsored by Bigger Than Gods Apparel. As well, she spends her time working with the Ontario Physique Association (OPA) in presenting and doing show arrangements.
